Jessie Milne Best, wife of the late Gordon Best

Died on 8th February 2026 aged 99 years

She lived on High Oakham Road, Mansfield for over 50 years before moving to Newquay, Cornwall in 2020. Worked at Mansfield General Hospital and had been President of Mansfield Caledonian Society and an active member of the U3A.

Loved and sadly missed by her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Funeral service will be held at Glynn Valley Crematorium, near Bodmin, Cornwall at 11.30am on Saturday 21st February 2026.   

Family flowers only but donations to Age Concern, Newquay gratefully accepted
